I’ve been in the market for a smart watch for a few months now, I have a medical condition that elevates my heart rate. I frequently have panic attacks as well, and I’ve monitored it in the past but recently have needed to keep a better eye on it as I’ll be switching medications soon. So that is really the only reason I got this, and it does its job- I’ve compared it to my regular bp machine and the heart rate was spot on. So I can at least know it’s showing the proper results which is nice. It also counts steps, oxygen intake, sleeping, and you can Bluetooth connect to your phone and receive messages which I wasn’t necessarily worried about but it is nice to have handy.
The app was easily downloadable too and I like that it keeps your information in there! (But I do not believe the app is required to use this, just a nice bonus). I also really enjoy that I get to change the display settings (via the app) I changed it to a cute photo that matches my phones theme and again not a requirement but pretty nice. All in all it gets the job done, while also being pretty cute. It’s a great price as well, I’ve never had one of the more expensive watches but if they’re the same as this then I don’t see why you would need to pay hundreds of dollars. At that point you’re just paying for the brand name. I’d definitely recommend these, and am even buying more for family members who could benefit from them as well. I recently bought this watch and I absolutely love it. It’s super delicate and feminine the milky white color with the rose gold accents looks gorgeous. The screen has great resolution and the floral design makes it stand out. I’ve been using it to track my heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep, and so far the readings seem pretty accurate. It’s also lightweight, comfortable to wear, and waterproof. Very happy with this purchase! I totally recommend it if you’re looking for a cute and practical smartwatch.
