This is a really nice, high quality product. Unfortunately, I’m returning mine. It does have some natural flexibility limitations and cannot defy physics. I have a relatively small desk in a smallish space, where the desk is up against a wall.
The desk is not symmetrical (one end is a file cabinet, the other a leg), and I have 2 computers (a single monitor and a dual monitor). As probably expected, this was for the dual monitor computer. Because of the asymmetry of the desk, the asymmetry of the monitor placement, and its required proximity to the wall, I could not mount it where the reach of the arms allowed the alignment of the monitors because one arm needed to swing out over the desk, which was fine, but the other arm needed to be turned the same direction while keeping the monitor really close to the wall, which meant part of the arm would need to hang over the back edge of the desk. Since the desk had to be up against the wall so close, I didn’t have room for that. I couldn’t get the monitors to align at the same height, have the vertical edges close to maintain the continuity of the desktop, and have them align with the third monitor to provide a smooth “curve” of the 3 monitors across the desk. I really like the mount though, and will evaluate if I can use 2 of their single monitor mounts instead. It was easy to put together, not overpriced (IMO), it looks slick, and it’s very sturdy. If not for the limitations of my desk design and office space, it would have been a very nice addition.
