They also came with a strap for other yoga exercises. Couldn’t be happier. These are very nice and work perfectly and are pretty inexpensive. I'm just starting out on yoga and these items were recommended. They are good quality and I think they will last a long time. If you need the basic tools for your yoga, these are good choice. I’m just beginning my yoga journey and I wanted to share that these blocks are superior to other purchases. They are 4 inch width blocks and stronger as a result of its shape. The belt provided was an add on that I would have had to purchase. I will purchase again from this company because when you do things well, you should be commended for your ability.
