Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today. It's perfect in size for me. Very comfortable and nice material as well. I wore it walking for an hour and had no difficulty with it at 12 lbs weight. Highly recommend. It's made well. I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. It just adds a little bit more exercise to the walking, which is great. I did not go for a very heavy vest as I thought that would put me off walking. So I went for an 8 pound vest and it is perfect. I have been wearing this while I walk for about 10 days and it’s been great. I did not notice a smell others mentioned. I have had rotator surgery and frequently have lower back problems so I was a little nervous because I read the vest could aggravate both of these issues and I have had none. I use the 8lb and will probably stick with that. I only wear walking -about 45 min- if you wore while bending etc I can see that could be a problem if you have back issues. It’s very comfortable and easily works over a tee or sweatshirt. Works as advertised. Sturdy build but comfortable fit. Takes my workouts to another level of intensity. I bought the 6lb vest, but I will definitely buy another higher weighted one at some point. Highly recommend. Great quality, am small 4'9" in height and weigh 88lbs.
