GROUND WHILE YOU SLEEP: Our grounding fitted sheet is made of a blend of 94% organic cotton and 6% silver fiber. This blend provides excellent conductivity, softness, comfort, and skin-friendliness so you can stay grounded all night long as you sleep. The sheet is Queen size, measuring 60" x 80" x 15". HOW TO USE: The Hooga Grounding fitted sheet is very easy to use. Simply spread it out on your mattress like a regular fitted sheet, snap the grounding connection cord onto the metal stud on the side of the sheet, and plug the other end of the cord into the grounding jack of a wall outlet. When any of your skin is in contact, you will then be directly connected to the earth, providing grounding benefits. WASH INSTRUCTIONS: To wash the grounding sheet, we recommend washing it by itself using cold water and a gentle, natural detergent. If possible, tumble dry on low heat setting or hang to dry in order to preserve the life of the silver fiber fabric as long as possible, ensuring conductivity for many nights to come. This one had the best price. The one for queen on The Grounding Co. was $169, but this one was $89. After 2 weeks I am waking up with 80-90% less pain and am sleeping more soundly. I gave one to my 90 yr. old aunt to try and have ordered another one for my brother-in-law who suffers from a lot of different aches and pains. I put the grounding sheets on the bed and didn't tell my husband. When my husband got into bed first he said, "I really like this sheet." I was a little surprised because he's been asking for silky or satiny sheets which the grounding sheets are not. I have been able to hop out of bed instead of force myself to finally get up and get the day going. Is this a magical sheet that solves all the world's problems? No. BUT, I DO believe this is ACTUALLY grounding me (I use a grounding rod outside my window vs. plugging into an outlet) based on effects that have ONLY happened since sleeping on it, and thus far they have ALL been POSITIVE. I highly recommend and will be buying for others in my family. Excellent quality of fabric. Thick and pure high quality cotton. Great feeling to put it on plus a good resting sleep quality. Not a blind follower but whatever is in this sheets seams to work. I am not so tired in the morning and it feels like a deeper sleep what I am getting. I got the whole set, pillow and blanket. I am highly recommending this high quality product if you need a good night sleep. The material is exceptional and the performance unbelievable.
