Hair: Massage into dry scalp. Leave for 1 hour. If necessary, cover hair to prevent oil transfer to clothing or bedding. Rinse with shampoo. Use as needed. Lashes & Brows: Apply 1-2 drops nightly to lash line and brows using clean eyeliner brush, mascara brush or cotton swab. Navel Oiling: Rub 2-3 drops of warm castor oil in and around navel. Acne-prone or Aging Skin: Rub 2-3 drops over clean skin and around eyes before bed. Achy Body: Massage gently over achy joints, sore muscles or abdomen, or apply a castor pack.
This is the first time I have used a product for scalp health and so impressed! I mixed it 1:1 with coconut oil and Rosemary essential oil and massaged the scalp, put a shower cap on and let it sit most of the day. Nice it has no odor too. After washing, I couldn't believe how soft and hydrated my hair was. Also very shiney. My scalp felt so hydrated too and no itching from dryness.
